Comcast here and I'm 8 down and .768 up.

I don't see a full 8 on downloads, but I do get 700+ kbps consistently on uploads.

Felton, DE		 I always get my full speed when D/L from newsgroups. Speakeasy and Giganews speedtests always come up where they should.
