how they obtain the $1800?

lemonade join:2003-12-13 Los Angeles, CA	how they obtain the $1800? i am wondering how they get this number, i am wondering they could get this number by saying most people are on 56K dialup, ideally if they want to download 1GB of data they need over 42 hours, and if their ISP charge those dialup connection say a combination of monthly fee + additional usage count by hour (say $30 - 40 per hour) then we can get the $1800.
