| that is outrageous! way too much for that volume of data. It would be cheaper to send a dvd/tape backup image of something. could they not "cache" large portions of information and then serve it closer to their intended destinations??? this would seem one of the only solutions. at those prices, they could probably solve starvation in many places. sorry, but food and water are more important than a gig of nearly any information, unless of course that gigabyte of info somehow contained the cure for AIDS. |
