| I don't like the fact that you would need to visit this link regularly now to see if a particular software has been updated. Unless you discovered it yourself.
In a regular thread you would automatically see it on the first page. Also are are you allowed to discuss in this thread new and improve features??? | |

This new version of the Camera Raw plug-in replaces the original Camera Raw plug-in that was installed with Adobe Photoshop CS2; Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.0, 4.0, and 5.0; and Adobe Premiere Elements 3.0 software. Visit the Camera Raw page for a complete list of supported cameras.

Important notice:
Read the installation instructions carefully. Incorrect installation will prevent Adobe Bridge and Adobe Camera Raw 3.6 from reading raw images correctly.

| More information -- V3.6 Contains fix for V1.00 A100 Raw
V1.00 in the Sony A100 camera would occasionally create a somewhat corrupt raw file. It would open up in the Sony Software, but not ACR V3.4 or V3.5, nor would it open up in Lightroom B3.
The fix for this is two-fold:
First, ACR V3.6 now reads these files now.
Second, so does Lightroom B4.
Thirdly, ever since the V1.02 Sony A100 firmware, I was not able to create a Raw file that ACR V3.4 or V3.5 could not read!!!
