| Adelphia Forum Rules • This is a busy forum, populated by many Adelphia customers; some who are frustrated with Adelphia as a service provider, and some who are not. Please see the site Rules on Posting: »Site FAQ »What are the Rules on Posting?
• Frustration with service from a provider is understandable. Please don't take it out on other members. Describe your problems, find out what other users are experiencing, and hopefully get some help. Or pitch in to help someone else.
• Posts about service from other providers belong in other forums.
• This is a help forum, not a forum for ranting about or praising the service of Adelphia.
• "On Topic": Do not take a thread down a new path. When in doubt, look at the title of the first post. Then if you think it's really worth saying, but it's not on the original topic OR it's a problem you're having, start a new thread of your own.
• "Trolling and Flaming": When you post anything which is calculated to insult or annoy ... when it's personal - when it pertains to the user and not the topic, it won't be here for long. If you simply must have a personal back-and-forth with another user, do it via the IM system. If you see a post which violates site Rules on Posting, participate in moderating the forum by using the Hey Mods link.
• One-word or nonsense posts will be deleted.
• News Items: Please use the forum news option for Adelphia news items, rather than starting a thread.
