Johnfromca @optonline.net	Vonage Cancellation I recently left Vonage after 3 years due to poor quality lately. I ported my number to my new carrier (SunRocket). Once it was ported Vonage kept my account active even though I had no phone number for their service. Everytime I tried to call to cancel I was told that the wait time was over 25 minutes. This happened 4 days in a row at all hours of the day. When I e-mailed them they said I had to speak to Customer Service. Finally I stayed on hold for 2 hours and got through to a person. The person was rude, abbrasive and hung up on me. With service like that there is no chance that I will ever go back to Vonage. Three years ago when I went to Vonage all of my family came with me and after what happened the other day I hope they all leave them now.

Back when I left, I had emailed dslreports@vonage.com and was told to call a specific number. That wait was immediate. I remember posting my experience back in December 2004. I guess that number could have changed by now anyway. May you have a better experience with SunRocket!
