Delco merged with Hughes Aircraft when GM owned it. It was while GM owned it that DirecTV was created in 1994. moonpuppy join:2000-08-21 Glen Burnie, MD	The same can be said about Northrop Grumman. Two separate aircraft companies (plus a third, Vought) got together and then acquired Westinghouse's electronic division along with a few others. Jack Northrop would be proud.
