Any bill that is co-sponsored by Senators Stevens and Inouye should be examined very very closely.

Senators Stevens and Inouye are the exact reason why term limits are needed for senators and representatives. There's no way that the people of Alaska and Hawaii, respectively, will ever vote these guys out because of all the free pork they bring back home at the expense of the rest of us.
