Port forwarding not possible, please confirm !

I unlocked my modem before to configure port forwarding.

I tried to unlock my modem today, not possible.

Is it true that it is not possible anymore since because sympatico upgraded modem firmware?

How did they do it? Remotely?

So, configure port forwarding is not possible now?
