Another reason for going to Wildblue was that they offer Newsgroups. Its says on there webpage the it is included with the account, but I couldn't fine any information on how to set these up in Outlook Express.
So for your information it is done as follows.
Create a news service and use news.wildblue.net for the server. Use port 119

| Anyone that is a NRTC customer only needs to look near the bottom of their admin page for their newsgroup information. WB customers might try logging to their customer site for information.
With Outlook Express open * Tools/Accounts/News* to create a news server account.
