Keep in mind that companies are not obligated to give daily press briefings on each phase of their network upgrades. Nor do I intend to presume such either...
In fact, I think I made my statement perfectly clear that "...I realize that just because they haven't issued a bunch of press doesn't mean they aren't doing anything..."
I was just stating my dissatisfaction with the current state of things here in BellSouth country.
