 Toadnet Billing

I tried to get Toadnet DSL when Flashcom went under. During the interview process had to give credit card information, but was unable to get DSL from them. Funny thing happened on September 13, 2001. They billed me for Toadnet dial-up internet service. Sent an e-mail to billling@toad.net. They replied back saying that a credit to my account was processed last Friday (28 Sep 01) to my credit card company. Credit card company has not received any credit info as of today (4 Oct 01).
