| One Hour Lease Question This never happened to me before. Can anyone help? I have a Surfboard 4100 which hasn't given me a day of trouble in over 4 years. I am also using a Netgear router. Today and tonight, I've been losing the connection. When I reset the router, the status page shows 60 minute lease. When it expires, I have to reset the router again and again. Is it just me or is Comcast having some problems! I don't know what to do. | |

| One hour leases usually mean that Comcast is doing some sort of work or maintenance on that part of the network. Everyone in the affected area will have one hour leases until the work is done. It's a pain, but there's nothing you can do until they are finished.
