 z1 dot adserver dot com popup

This site (z1 dot adserver dot com )has been added to Restricted zone and I use a popup blocker with Spybot and SywareBlaster. BUT the damned box still pops up, with no ad just a blank box.

How else to stop this annoying ad server? A hosts file?

Thanks for any help!

Tools/Internet Options/Privacy/Advanced/Override Automatic Cookie Handling/Block Third Party Cookies
