Yes it does, nobody in their right mind would pay $80 for bandwidth just to watch streaming video. It's targeted for on the go laptop users. And I'd like to know if this is feasible for gaming or not.

MD		 Oh nevermind, thought the service was mostly made for VCAST.

I doubt the latency would be under 200ms.
