Yes it does, nobody in their right mind would pay $80 for bandwidth just to watch streaming video. It's targeted for on the go laptop users. And I'd like to know if this is feasible for gaming or not.

I doubt the latency would be under 200ms.

My IPsec VPN works well with it, so latency probably isn't that bad. Not much of a gamer though anyway.
