I also got in on the Free Packet deal (Unlimited Incoming and 100 outgoing). This was a good idea on their part, when I convert to full time VOIP use, I think I will go with them, the service seems solid, sound quality is very good and competitive prices.
I unlocked my PAP2 and it's been solid for 2 months now! I would recommend them.
