Telepacket is a decent provider. Have them on the second line on my Sipura. Very nice quality. Very nice backup line. Seem to be always on.

When i first signed up with them they had Caller ID with name listed but it didnt work. *sigh* Now, since they have redesigned their site, Caller ID with Name is coming soon. Funny.
