Why I think they can afford $300 computer is because most of your backend work is being outsourced to these people and they already own $400 Mobile phones on GSM networks. The population that is illiterate cannot even read or write, leave alone work on computers. So, $100 computer will not have any genuine buyers except some currupt 3rd world gov or NGOs who would be interested in large scale scams.
