It's behind the router now. In fact, that's the first thing I did when I noticed I was only getting 2.5mbps. It's perfectly fine now. I'm surprised I didn't have to forward ports or anything to make it work either. I don't think pfSense does QoS, but it does do traffic shaping so I'll use that.
