[Speeds] south louisville slow speeds @ night

Hi, I in the past year moved from okolona out towards the cooper chapel road area, I guess between fern creek or hillview. Anyhow, ever since the move, my speeds have been horrible at night. Not just slow throughput, but bad ping times. I can verify signals are all fine and that its not hardware/software related issue(replaced modem just in case, the sharkfin was old). During the day it stays around 3-3.5 which is fine, but these sub 1mbps nights kill me. And thats the only time I can and will use the internet. My big gripe? I call in, they tell me they can see that there are too many modems on my node(told me 160 I believe which he says was too high). This at the beginning of the year. Just called 2 days ago, same issue, still waiting on equipment, guy on phone I must say was at least completely honest with me about how it wouldnt be done this year and that what I needed was node split. I don't even care as much about the issue now as I do not being able to get anything done about this. I asked if he would still upgrade people in my area to 6meg or sign up new customers and he says yes. Why if that only makes the problem worse? Anyone else experiencing these problems? PLEASE call in often as I do and try to get credits - I hate paying for something that I don't use much of anyways, and when I do its painfully slow.
