I know that most of my pings are fine. The problem is with getting a solid connection when I decide to connect. For instance, when I sign try to sign on to an instant messenger program such as AOL Instant Messenger, sometimes it takes me 5 attempts to connect. Other times, it connects on the first try. |

I noticed the other night. My speeds have slowed down since then. I would think they have to know about it but I wonder what, if anything they are gong to do about it. |
