| [General] Bellsouth Customer service is poor
I don't know about the other phone companies but I don't understand how a company with such poor service can stay viable in todays society.
I transferred service from Vonage in May of this year. It took until July 7th for the number to port to Bellsouth. At the time I signed up with Bellsouth I was offerred $44.95 for local and long distance - unlimited complete choice. For the next 5 months my bill from these folks would be $10-12 higher. Each month I would call them and they would tell me they had no record of the promotional offer. After some teeth pulling I would finally get them to correct the bill. They put me on hold for an exhorbitantly long period of time while they supposedly research the issue. Yet when I get the next bill the amount is incorrect. |
