On each PC go to the »www.canyouseeme.org site and see if the test passes. If the test fails then it comes down to an issue on the modem or router not forwarding the ports correctly.
A work around is to setup a VPN or SSH tunnel and access each PC through the tunnel, ie. in the case of SSH you only need one port open.

All ports except the one I can connect to, fail.
I'm not sure what could be configured wrong on the router.
Here is a pic of the port forwarding page, if this is setup right then it means that it's something on the netopia that isn't right.
