What qualifies you as a VIP is how much you're spending with Rogers companies. viz cable, wireless, internet In other words, it doesn't mean anything.

@cable.rogers		 No problems streaming shoutcast to my computer or xbox here. However Bt is throttled.

Just thought i would add this to the conversation.
