I was thinking the EXACT same thing. Somebody care to call Rogers and ask them what their lowered bill will be now that they done away with Usenet?

It's always fun when companies try to pull that crap. Would their customers have had Usenet access (previously) through Rogers if they were not paying Rogers for it? Of course not. That alone proves that it was not a "free service."
