Hey.. This is the first time I have ever seen a higher upper say something about whatthe cusomer thinks!
Whether or not they actually do anything is another story, but they gotta start somewhere! Gotta give them that!

You couldn't prove that by me. The Telephone service here has improved tremendously since they took over Ameritech, and I have NEVER had one whit of trouble with my DSL.
