| Re: Sounds like... said by rradina  :Consulting companies certainly get a decent cut but unless it's a bad deal (like my Indian associate or the college grad) or a low utilization position, the worker generally gets a fair share of the billable rate. Or, unless it's a salaried position for which the individual engagement rates vary and utilization varies week to week.
