MY MESSAGE TO VONAGE CS EXPRESSES HOW I FEEL BOUT VON:
I am very (extremely) disappointed with your customer service. I am not one to complain to any of my service providers but this is the exception. On Oct 12th after previously contacting VONAGE Customer Support and creating an R.A. I recieved a Phone Interface as a replacement to a non-functional one. I was promised a return shipping label which to this day have not received. On Oct 31st I contact Customer Service again and was promised a shipping label within 24 hours. (It never arrived). Today November 10th I call again to be told that the shipping label would not be sent due to a new policy,,,,after speaking with upper management; I was transferred to someone who offered to assist me properly (IN ENGLISH). I think that the company's reputation will be affected by this kind of poor CS service. I wouldn't think twice of dropping VONAGE to switch to my current Internet provider even if I would have to pay an additional $5. (It’s all about the service!!!). |

| The radio station I listen to in Illionis uses vonage to make calls. One thing I've noticed is sometimes you hear touch tones during the call. I don't know if that's their mixer or the vonage doing that. LPFM is the best thing invented since sliced bread - minus the church stations.
