First you can make sure the router is properly assigned for the Insight network here »sam.insight-com.com/

Get rid of the lousy Insight software it's useless.

The registration codes are listed on the sheet the install technician gave to the customer at the time of install.

You can also go into the router and release and renew the IP address.
