I phoned them once about their 5 meg service and they told me it would increase my rate at that time from 39.95 to 59.95, so I told them to shove it. Then when their rep came to my door offering to lower my rates and I asked him about it he told me it was only for business accounts? So I am not sure how or where they have it but I am sure I wont pay 60 bucks a month for it.
