I hope it's where I live 80% of the county is comcast, the other 10% is chater they don't do shit over here we are last to get anything from them.

Charter has been great for me for 5 years! Could do with more speed, sure, but my connection is rock solid as advertised.

My experience with Charter has been the same for over five years as well. I have had very good luck with charter but I would really like better speed (at a price that is cost effective).

Atascadero, CA		 I've been with Charter for six years. So far the service has remained solid. They also lowered my bill $15/month and I got more channels. Can't complain yet.:)
