I recommend you check your hosts file (maybe you installed a hosts file that blocks advertising and it also has this site blocked), local firewall, router, ISP or network admin.
Thank you Pretorious and kbzero for your comments. Turns out I AM running hpgurus host file, last updated 7-05, and I just clipped the following entry-

127.0.0.1 jacquielawson.com
127.0.0.1 www.jacquielawson.com

Problem solved? Let me give it a try...
