If I remember correctly, Memphis is one of their major hubs. So they'll send the packages to memphis (one plane to memphis) then forward your package to another destination and then for delivery. |

This is correct, according to a guy I work with...If you want to send something overnight, say from NY to California, it goes NY to Memphis, Memphis to CA.
