I got hooked up two weeks ago at my new apartment. My connection was chugging along at the advertised rate until this afternoon when it suddenly dropped to dial-up speeds. I hope this won't be chronic like everyone else is indicating. I live on Guava Lane.

As a side note, it took them nearly a month to get a tech out to hook me up. Are they short on manpower or something?
