Welcome to VERIZON HELL!!!!!

I use Tmobile and love it! AWESOME Customer service and AWESOME regular Service...

There is NO way Verzion will let you off the hook... people that say they do, their cousin or a fam member work for Verizon

It's easier to take a piece of fresh slab of meat from a lion in Africa than optin out of contract with Verizon..

So Pay up and Move on as far away from the Co as possible... I used to be one and I paid my dues to know Verizon is NEVER MORE!!! I mean EVER!

good luck to the company and anyone who thinks they are enjoying it!

Re: [Verizon] i hate verizon!

You're trying to get out of a contract though a loophole, and they have caught on and closed that loophole. You signed a contract and now you have an obligation to serve it throughout its term.

By the way, T-Mobile isn't that great of a carrier either. While their customer service is pretty good, if you can't even make a call on their network, what good does that do.

Coverage varies from region to region, and what may work for someone may not work for others. In my experience, Verizon's coverage is better in the areas where I am, thus there is no other carrier that I could switch to until the other carriers catch up.

coverage is only is as big as the people using it.... Any bigger is a waste of money (i.e. Verizon)...

Everywhere I have been that had no signal, I have reported it and they DO care and signal strength does get strong...

... A friend of mine's house was in a dead zone for Verizon, Tmobile, and Cingular... I called and now I get 4 bars at his house and All my friends get nothing....

so what you are saying is because of your 1 complaint they spent thousands upon thousands and threw up a new tower just so you can have reception at your friends house? i dont think so...

Difference between a small co that cares vs. Sprint and Verizon is JUST that... They care... One user is more than Sprint/Verizon and Cingular in that region...

Gee they must really love you. When I tried TMOBILE and could not get a signal at all on the whole East Side of my home town they told me to return the phones and cancel the account! Which they screwed up and kept billing and took 2 months to get right. But you got a tower just for your friends house, some people have all the luck.

well, here's the deal... you ought to know that you do not need to talk to one person... They way I did and got it working is by going to the O-fficial Tmobile store in the area that the signal is weak or not there and complain. Next, I go to my local area Tmobile (O-fficial) store and complain there... next, a day later Call and complain to the CSR on the phone and Voila! another happy and well, satisfied Customer...

Since when is TMobile a small company? They're a subsidiary of DT with nearly 45,000 employees.

What's your idea of a large company?

compare to the US subscriber rates of the Big "Verizon/Sprint/Cingular" T-mobile has less so it is considered a nich

Cingular - 50MM subs
Verizon - 45.5MM subs
Sprint/Nextel - 44MM subs
TMobile - 17MM subs

Less subscribers? Yes. Niche? No way bro

By your definition Apple Computers would be considered niche.

Well you Dont live in Alabama, T-mobile here is know as S*^@-Mobile. Their Cellular service is almost NON-EXISTENT. Verizon provides the best. I am sure it is better in some states.

Apple is a niche Co. in computing. It may not be in "iPod" business but in laptop sales and Personal Puter sales is a VERY niche. If I see one having an iBook or a PowerBook I feel like they are "special"

What good is Coverage when they triple over charge you once and won't listen to what you got to say cause "who is This, again??" from CSR is a std issued Question...

Just for what it's worth, I cannot find any zip code in the state of NC where T-mobile provides service. Their phones may work here, but they don't seem to be interested in our business.

using the T-Mobile Coverage Map it is clear that Tmobile is in the roaming world but coverage is gr8 in all large cities in NC... Now Tmobile, again, is neither ATT (US coast to Coast) nor Verizon (East Coast) so there are a lot of roaming zones...

... Great thing with T-mobile, the word Roaming is something unknown, unless you get the cheapest local plans. I have been to many airports in the Fly over country and BAAM 5 bars on some local GSM network... but make calls all the time and no problems and no charges... Can't say that with Sprint...
