2 edits | The box Well that user doesn't seem to know much about his equipment :P His DVR should be holding 80 hours of footage...not 30 unless everything is being recorded analog which obviously it shouldn't be analog at all.
All the Verizon box is, is a slightly changed 6412
Only other thing that would make sense for it to hold that little is if the digital tv is even higher bitrate then you would normally see, or if he is recording only HD content which of course takes up much more space
