It doesn't use java, it's just a crappy BitTorrent client that they are trying to rip people off with and makes your CPU usage go up to 100%.

Limewire is fast, I've used it a couple times, been thinking about re-installing it sometime.

Can you find a lot of Japanese media with Limewire?

I can also max out my connection with BitTorrent, 4Mbps, or close enough to it. But I've never cared about the speed at which I get stuff as long as I get it.

The best way to find Japanese media is ed2k or WinNY.
