Well its a cop-out bell mouth of the south

Well, if you take out the 400 SQUARE MILES affected by the hurricanes, yeah... around 60% of the lines are served...
But is that any way to prop up statistics.. like saying the unemployment rate bumped up, but don't worry, the economy overall is doing great!

Hmm.. that's conservative math at work.
