I have the same problem, but didn't notice it until about 2 PM. I immediately called tech support to ask if they knew of any problems accessing certain websites and they told me "NO". They said it must be some problem with the website or my computer. They had me on the phone an hour resetting the modem, checking wires, verifying settings on my computer, etc. After an hour, at about 3 PM, the tech said he was going to consult with his supervisor about what to do next and then came back on and said they just that minute got word that THERE IS A PROBLEM accessing certain sites.!! What a waste of time that was!! If there was a problem since 6 AM, the techs are not informed of it until 3 PM????? Of course, when you call for support, its always that there must be something wrong with you or your computer and never could it be a problem with them!! Hope this is resolved soon! |
