Is he really? I might suggest it's actually rather visionary. Yes. If free wireless internet is a right, then free cable TV should be a right. I should get a free cell phone and cell phone service, it's my right. Even basic utilities are not "rights." You still have to pay for electricity, water and phone service. Why doesn't the mayor claim those should be offered for free? Since free wi-fi is a right getting free electricity to power up the free wi-fi should be a right as well. -- My site SBC DSL 2650/512
