[Firmware] WRT54G ver2

After upgrading the firmware on my WRT54G to 4.20.7 it appears that I am no longer able to deny access to internet for devices on my LAN. I was using access restrictions to cut off internet access for my nephews Xbox's and Laptop when it is a school night. I only upgraded to the newer firmware because covered QOS which I also use.
Has anyone else noticed this problem? I have tried a hard reset still no luck. I found out they were able to still play even though I had it programmed to turn them off at a certain time.
