| strange file extentions, how do I open?
I found a disk that has my curiosity peaked. It has several files that seem like they are from a digital camera due to their names.
They follow a pattern:
MVC-0023.411 MVC-0024.411 MVC-0025.411
I looked up that file extension (.411) and found it belongs to Sony. Sony also makes digital cameras with model numbers beginning with MVC.
My question is how can I find out what these files are and how to open them??
Any help is appreciated. |

1 edit | reply to SSJ5 From what I could gather doing a Google Group search of MVC*.411, it appears to be the thumbnail images that a Sony Mavica camera shows when it is in the Display mode.
Edit: Here are some resources. »ca.geocities.com/mavican@rogers.···ces.html
There is a .411 to .BMP converter linked on that page. It goes directly to an executable, so I didn't want to provide the link here. |
