Spybot finding Windows Security Center reg keys

New computer.

I just downloaded Spybot and it identified a few tracking cookies along with flagging two registry changes for Windows Security Center. They are "AntiVirusDisbleNotify" and "FirewallDisableNotify".

These may be because I have NIS and it is supposed to be integrated into WSC.

Should I pay any attention to what Spybot is telling me?

You can ignore these messages.

It is just telling you that windows is not monitoring your virus or firewall software. And as you have stated it is because NIS is doing it.
