94045		Norton ANtiVirus Scan-Deleted Virus-Still Infected

Ran Norton Antivirus. Detected viruses. Quaranted then deleted. Then get box saying still infected with viruses. Why would it if I deleted all? How do I get rid of them? Thanks.

@dynamic.cov		 Turn off system restore, restart, get rid of viruses, empty JAVA cache, restart, turn system restore back on, restart.
