the reason it worked..

the reason it worked on kazaa was because noone had the brains to delete the bogous files but on bittorrent its not up the tusers its up to the trackers and search sites so once someone says HEYYYY this files bogous someone just presses the delete button and the torrent is removed. they can try as hard as they want but if they just keep an eye out then their uploading will become futile
