Not having a Rebel to know, just asking for clarification... Is this adjusting the focus of what you see through the viewfinder or do you take a picture and check that?
I am just wondering: Could there be a situation that what you see in the viewfinder is out of focus, but the pictures that a camera takes are fine? |

| This micro adjustment isn't something the average person can judge through the view-finder. But yes it's changing what you see slightly(using AF), since that is the nature of the SLR. This all applies to AF and AF confirmation only and has no effect on MF.
