New ING Direct Web Security: Beneficial?

Don't know how much difference it makes...

They always used Customer Number, PIN, and a Random personal question.

However, they've gimmicked the PIN some. Just looking for comments, considering anyone who has access to their DB has access to my data,...

So does it make a difference, or more of a pain with no real added benefit?

Note: If you choose the letter/typing option, keypad letters randomly rotate.

HSBC has a virtual keyboard that is used to access some parts of their website. I suppose it's a good thing for the poor people infected by keyloggers, but I don't like it.
