Im asking because Im getting 5.0 installed this thursday and im wondering how much of that 5.0 will I really be getting. Also sprint DSL just became available so Im guessing this meand they installed a Remote terminal somewhere near me right. And I heard some people say that they are getting lower pings on the 5.0 service is this true for everyone? What average ping should I expect Newsgroups- Does newsgroup service come with the service or does it cost extra? If its free what are the restrictions on it?

Sprint has a trick that allows you to get ~95%. Plug your info into »/coinfo If the CO isn't pretty dang close to you then you are being served by an RT. mikef1 Mike join:2004-10-28 Littlestown, PA	Newsgroups are included. I don't know if there are restrictions or which newsgroups are possibly not included. There have been a thread(s) about Sprint looking at dropping earthlink services. Not sure where this stands. -- mike HouseOfMike
