I post a bit in the WoW tech forums, and every time a new version is out there's a huge influx of "oh my god I started the game and my pc exploded" or "I started WoW and then my computer blue screened me" or "all the lights on my router turn on and I can't access the internet when I start wow". Seems to go for pretty much any software, and 99% of the time it's something on the user's end- bad power supply, old video card drivers, or a really crappily designed router. The possibilities are endless. I doubt many of the problems users are having with iTunes 5 is a problem with Apple's software.
